Lovely Double in Chiswick

We have an amazing double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom house! We are set over the top two floors of a Victorian semi detached house, with our own private entrance on a quiet street in Chiswick. The house is located only a 3 minute walk away from Turnham Green tube station, and 30 seconds from the high street.

Current housemates are Julia (30), Rebecca (27) and Susie (32) (who is sadly moving out). We’re full time professional ladies, who primarily work in the office.

We are looking for a female to join our friendly household. We are a sociable and occasionally get together to enjoy a glass of wine and a movie on the weekends. However all respect each others quiet time and are very independent also. We are a clean and tidy household and take pride in keeping the house nice and homely! Not a party flat.

About the room:
It’s a cosy double bedroom on the top floor sharing a small bathroom with one other. The room comes unfurnished with a built in wardrobe.

Downstairs we have a large living room with dining table; fully equipped kitchen; second bathroom and the third bedroom.

Bills (approximately):
Gas/elec - £100 per month. We have a standing order for £100 to cover the higher winter bills, as the house is very large with high ceilings!
Council tax - £64
Wifi/TV - £17.60

Deposit: £980

Our rent is amazing for the area and proximity to all of Chiswick High Road amenities. We are also lucky to have an incredible and reasonable landlord who helps us out whenever we need jobs done.

The room is available from 1 March however it’s very possible that one could move in early depending on departure of the flatmate leaving, therefore roughly end of February.
