* 7 mins walk to Chiswick Park Station (district line).
* Short walk to Chiswick, with lovely cafés, pubs, and independent shops, little boutiques, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S food hall.
* Very cute walks through Turnham Green parks, slightly longer walks to Gunnersbury Park & Acton Town stations.
* (Really cute pubs literally everywhere 🥳) 


Rent & Bills:
* Rent: £633.33per month
* Bills: approx. £130-£150 per month (including everything)
* Deposit is £692

* About You:
Looking for a clean, friendly, and social female (25-30s) who values a calm, clean, and respectful home. My housemates are after someone kind who enjoys socialising but values and is comfortable in their own personal space too, as well as respectful and clean! Must be a working professional, and have references. No pets 🥲 (sorry x )
