Large double room in Chiswick

I'm the current tenant and my large double room in Chiswick, W4 will be available for sublet while I'm away travelling for 2 months (Feb 22 - April 21). I'd love to fill the room for at least 1 month within that time.

It's a lovely, bright, well-decorated 2 bed flat shared with Joey who is self-employed and works from home. The transport links are great - we're right by Gunnersbury station (District & Mildmay lines) and a 10 min walk from the main part of Chiswick High St. It's a really lovely & safe area.

My monthly rent + share of bills & council tax total at £1350 per month but I am looking for £900 per month here to simply cut my losses whilst I'm away. The flat has a small kitchen, shared bathroom & shared lounge (pictured).

The ideal flatmate would be a friendly, respectful and tidy professional, someone who is mindful of sharing the space with Joey and wouldn't have more than one person over at the flat. I'll clear the room out but happy to leave my bedding, towels etc if that was helpful - we can discuss these details over message!
