My partner Dan and I are the live-in owners and reside on the floor above. We’re looking for a quiet, clean and considerate professional, ideally a non-smoker, who values a calm and respectful living environment. The maisonette is a four-bedroom property occupied by just the two of us, so the home feels spacious, calm and never overcrowded. This would suit someone who appreciates a relaxed and thoughtfully maintained home.

The property is situated in leafy Chiswick, just a five-minute walk from Chiswick High Road and its excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops. Chiswick Park and South Acton stations are both around a five-minute walk away, with Acton Town station approximately ten minutes on foot — making commuting quick and straightforward.

• First and last month’s rent payable in advance (in place of a traditional security deposit)
• References required (employment, bank statements and right to rent)
• Postgraduate students considered with full term payment upfront or a UK homeowner guarantor
• Single occupancy only (no couples)
