Double bedroom for rent in shared Flat

Looking for a flatmate to join our flat as another flatmate is moving out of London.

This is a double bedroom on the upper floor of a split level flat. The room comes furnished, with underbed storage, a built in closet and additional cabinet attached to the wall.

The flat itself is spacious with a kitchen and open plan dining/living room. One big family bathroom and a separate WC. You would be sharing with two girls and one guy.

We split bills evenly and the landlord pays for water - bills usually total £130 per month. (Including fast fibre broadband. Council tax band D)

Would suit a young professional.

We are two professionals and one PhD student. We have a very happy balance of socialising but also respecting each other's needs and privacy. We are looking for someone similar to join us in our beautiful, quiet and peaceful flat.
