Cosy Room in Chiswick with 3 Friendly gals

An amazing opportunity has opened up! I am moving out to live with my partner and looking to fill my cosy double room in a 4 bedroom house in Chiswick.

The house is a 5-7 min walk from Chiswick Park station, or 2 mins walk from South Acton overground station. Chiswick high street is just minutes away, with endless shops, fun pubs, lovely restaurants, and a market every Sunday. It's such a beautiful and safe area to live!

You will be living with 3 other women between the ages of 22 and 32. Two of the flatmates work for airlines and travel frequently, the other flatmate is a journalist who works from home a few days a week.

Everyone gets along really well and the house has a perfect balance of socialising, yet personal space. We enjoy having dinners or watching movies together when we're home or interested, but also love our own quiet time in our rooms. We go out for coffees, pub quiz or dinners sometimes and really enjoy hanging out. We're looking to find someone with a similar preference of solo time and socialising! It's an amazing group of gals and the new flatmate would feel very at home!

One flatmate is Australian, the other is Irish, and the the third is English. You will be replacing a Canadian, so it's been a very mixed house! :)

We are ideally looking for someone who is tidy and clean, works from home only a few days a week or not at all, is polite and friendly, is super respectful of others and their belongings, and would like to make friends with their flatmates. ONLY WOMEN WILL BE CONSIDERED, NO MEN.

Bills are not included and average about £170 a month, with council tax and a cleaner who typically comes once a month to tidy.

The deposit is £743 and will be paid to (me) the tenant leaving. This has been the system for any incoming tenants!
