Hi everyone!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Chiswick, as our longest-standing housemate Mike is moving on after many happy years here.

The room is a comfortable furnished double with built-in storage, in a spacious and friendly 6-bed professional house.

The house includes:
• Shared living room
• Large kitchen/dining space
• 3 bathrooms
• Lovely garden
• Fortnightly cleaner

We’re currently 2 guys and 3 girls, all working professionals, and we’re looking for another guy to keep the balance of the house. We’d love someone who’ll enjoy being part of a friendly, respectful home. We’ll occasionally go for drinks, dinners or house events together (including a Christmas dinner each year!) — but it’s definitely not a party house. Everyone respects each other’s space and keeps things considerate and relaxed.

We all help keep the house running smoothly with small shared responsibilities, and we try to keep communal areas tidy between cleaner visits.

• 4 mins to Chiswick Park Station
• 10 mins to Turnham Green
• 15 mins to Gunnersbury
• 10 mins to South Acton Overground

On-street parking is available outside with a permit.
