Garden view room in lovely shared Chiswick house

Hi,
We're Cara, Ronnie and Tom and we're looking for a fourth person to join us in our house in Chiswick.
A bit about us...
Cara works freelance in film and TV, enjoys going to gigs, going the pub or for lunch in Chiswick and pretends to be alternative.
Ronnie is a teacher, and enjoys exploring and travelling, as well as watching awful TV. He has every intention of getting back into the gym... soon.
Tom works from home in the comic book industry - into film and TV. Is good at cooking and is getting our garden into a good shape!

We socialise together as a house and get on well - watching TV in the evening, going for drinks, cooking together and doing barbecues together in the summer. A love of crime dramas / The Traitors very welcome!

The house itself is a large terraced house on a quiet street in walking distance to both Acton and Chiswick town centres. It is about 2 minutes from South Acton overground and 10 minutes from Chiswick Park on the district line. It feels very safe and the house has a nice rear garden we use in the summer. The kitchen is great (see photos) and the room comes with a bathroom shared with one other housemate. There is on street parking for which you need a permit, which can be arranged easily.

The room has the advantage of facing the quiet rear garden and South Acton station. It comes furnished with a double bed and recently bought matching wardrobe and chest of drawers, if the right person wants them.

Over the last few years of living here we have formed a good bond with each other, and so we are after someone who is keen to be part of the positive, friendly house dynamic.
