Double room in refurbished house in Chiswick

Our housemates have moved out, so there is a double room available. I currently live in one double room (hence the mess, apologies!) but I would be open to moving to the vacant en suite room upstairs that is also available should the right person come along.

There are two sitting rooms downstairs, and the shared spaces are fully furnished. The bedrooms are unfurnished although I do have a spare bed for sale.


The downstairs has just been renovated with a brand new kitchen and living room featuring large bipolar doors leading into the garden - perfect for spring and summer.
The current tenants are two brothers in their twenties who are both teachers, and a young woman who is also a professional. As a house, we like to socialise together in the evenings but private time is of course respected - the two living rooms are a bonus here. We like to cook for each other throughout the week, meaning each person typically only has to cook once each week. As well as saving time for people we have found it a great way to try new things and add new recipes to our repertoires.

There are 4 bathrooms in the house (including the en suite).

The house is on a quiet road but is just a 10 minute walk from Turnham Green tube station, and 15 minutes walk from Acton Central for the overground, making it very well connected.
