*The advertised bedroom, along with the hall, landing and living room are due to be recarpeted and painted next week w/c 27th July, so will be new and fresh for the new tenant moving in! You’ll be living with myself (Beth) and Julianna, we’re both in our mid 20s and work full time. Due to work being done on the flat, and one of the flatmates being on holiday, we’re unable to accommodate viewings until after 7th August as we’d both like to meet any potential flatmates! Please only enquire if this works for you. The room will be available from point references are complete and deposit is paid as current flatmate moves out at the end of July. If you move in ahead of September 1st, please note you will need to pay for each week before. I. e if you move in two weeks before, you will need to pay 2 weeks rent and then the full month amount on 1st September.

This is a large double room available in top floor flat on Chiswick High Road. The room comes with furnished with the bed/desk/wardrobe as in images but tv/stand belongs to former flat mate. We have access to a huge garden out the back which is shared with the other 4 flats in the building, which is great in summer!

Rent is £771.75 p/m and is due on the 1st of every month. Deposit is £807.68. References will be required by the letting agency.

Bills are not included, and will be approximately £150 p/m and may increase in winter for gas/electric. Council tax approx £97 p/m due on 1st, and gas/electric & WiFi come to around £50. *Water is billed bi-annually, and comes to around £90 each.
