Chiswick is a lovely leafy, and safe area of London and since the landlord has lived here before, the flat is a very comfortable and homely space!
It’s very flexible because bills are included and the landlord rents the rooms out individually so there’s never a stress about shared admin.

I’m 29, from California and have lived in Bath/Bristol for 4 years since doing a masters at bath uni, and newish to London within the last year. I work in tech consulting, 9-5, outside of work love being outdoorsy, going to the gym, swimming, tennis, padel, cinema trips, getting coffees and having a glass of wine every now and then.
What I’m looking for 👯♀️
Hoping for another cleanly, non-smoker without pets, who works sociable/similar hours, and values home as a place to rest and recharge.
I am friendly and sociable and love a chat or watching something together now and again, but also respect the need for space and downtime.
