🏡 A Lovely Flat to Share in Chiswick, W4 – Bedroom & Bathroom

I’m looking for the right person to share my home with — ideally someone who wants somewhere that feels like an actual home, rather than a collection of strangers passing each other in the kitchen.

🏠 About the home

You’ll be living with me! I’m friendly, easy-going and sociable, but I’m also a big believer that living together doesn’t mean we need to spend every waking moment together.

It would be nice to find someone where we can occasionally have a drink, watch something terrible on TV, have a chat about our day or grab some food — while also being completely comfortable doing our own thing.

I work from home and genuinely love my job, so I’m around quite a bit during the day. For that reason, I think the house would probably work best for someone who has their own routine and tends to be out and about during the day, rather than us both permanently competing for desk space and making awkward small talk between Teams calls!

🛁 The bathroom

The main bathroom would be primarily yours. I have my own separate shower room, so I won’t need to use it day-to-day.

🐶 Important: you need to like dogs!

I regularly look after friends’ dogs, and they often stay overnight. I don’t have a dog permanently, but there can be some very welcome four-legged visitors around.

So this definitely isn’t the house for someone who merely tolerates dogs. Ideally, you’ll be the sort of person who sees a dog arriving and thinks, “Excellent!” 🐾

I’m less interested in ticking boxes and more interested in finding someone who feels like a good fit.

You’re hopefully friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy (no one needs to live in a show home), and you’re looking for a relaxed, comfortable place to live.

I’d rather find the right person than simply fill the room as quickly as possible.
