Really important to have someone who is happy to clean-up after themselves especially when cooking. Want to keep high standards and basically if you cook you must clean up afterwards.
I want to stress this point of keeping it clean in particular to keep things good in the house. A nice clean kitchen makes leaving it nice and easy for the next person to cook and being extra respectful of the others in the flat.
