We are looking for a new resident for our friendly 4-bedroomed house in a quiet tree-lined street in Chiswick (Gunnersbury). Walking distance to river and shops. 5 mins walk to Gunnersbury tube (District Line). Suit single professional 22 +. Currently we are two males, one female, and we have no preference.

A lovely Victorian terrace house with four bedrooms, large reception room with dining table and two sofas, TV etc, large kitchen with loads of cupboards, microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, nice clean well maintained bathroom. We also have a large garden at the back with garden furniture.

The Room is a medium furnished room around 11 feet by 8 feet, on the 1st floor, overlooking the rear garden with a big window, with central heating, newly decorated with a single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table.

The rent is £500 per month (incl all bills) and including unlimited Wi-fi. If you are comparing costs, the 'bills' element for a typical shared property would be £90 for each tenant, so the equivalent rent without bills would be around £410.
