Large, comfortable, furnished, and peaceful top floor room (maisonette self-contained style) available from the 28 July 2017 (flexible for a slightly later date) in a beautiful house in Chiswick W4. 5 minutes to Kew Bridge, 10 minutes to Gunnersbury, 2 minutes to the river - Strand on the Green.

We are a family. We are musicians by profession (and also own a vineyard :-)...).

The room has its own independent bathroom, there is a very large modern kitchen as part of the share. Wi-fi, modern fittings to the highest standards.

Available to quiet, friendly, non smoking professional, enjoying London, good food and company.

Reference required. Deposit required. The rent is inclusive of some bills (to be discussed in person).

No pets, please (cat allergy, sorry).
