Description

A small double bedroom (3m x 2.5m) and use of a separate room (3.5m x 1.9m) for storage. In the storage room there is a large wardrobe for sole use of the lodger. There is a on-suite bathroom for sole use of the lodger.

rooms are situated in a converted ground floor flat. There is a large shared kitchen where the lodger can have all the fridge space of one fridge and half it's freezer space. There are some drawers for storage as well.

The owner works from home most days so using the kitchen to work from isn't viable.
The owners partner and her small dog stay most weekends and some weekdays so the lodger must be comfortable with small white dogs.

There is a small patio area to store bicycles

The flat is located on a quiet road in zone 3. Nearest overland is Kew Bridge (6mins). Nearest underground is Gunnersbury (20 mins).

All bills included apart from Council Tax if the lodger wishes to register. Will be about £300 one off payment.

There is a option for the lodger to stay Mon-Fri for £600
