LARGE DOUBLE room available in a 2 bedroom flat, 4 min walk from Gunnersbury tube, sharing with only a couple. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. The room is available from 27/07/20, but we might be able to provide earlier move in date, just let me know.

The room is big with loads of storage space! It has a private balcony that overlooks the garden:).
The room has a double bed (with storage underneath, 6 drawers), 2 big wardrobes.

Excellent location! The property is only 4 minutes walk from Gunnersbury tube (District line and overground) and 8-10 mins walk from Kew Bridge train station (Southwest Train).
Chiswick high Road is about 8-10 minutes walk which is full of nice pubs, restaurants and we have some beautiful parks nearby too. There are 3 gyms within 10 min radius.

You will share the house with 2 people. We are tenants too. My partner is British and he works in finance, whereas I am from Hungary and I am a part time tutor and part time hypnotherapist.

We are quiet professionals who work hard so we like early nights and relaxing in the evenings. Ideally we are looking for a person who is similar to us, who is kind and friendly, but also likes their own space and privacy.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO LOUNGE in the property, the kitchen has a big dinning table and chairs though.
