I have a very spacious and light double bedroom available in my lovely two bedroom flat in Chiswick. It is a first floor flat situated in Montgomery Court (Grove Park) and is within 10/15 minute walk of the many bars and restaurants of Chiswick High Road.

The Room:
King size bed
Black bedside table (as pictured).
Two large built in cupboards so plenty of storage too
Lovely and bright and overlooks the green outside.

The Flat:
There is a large shared living room, kitchen and bathroom plus small balcony. The flat has recently been totally refurbished with a new bathroom and kitchen. There is plenty of free off road parking also available.

Transport:
Bus stop directly outside flat (routes E3 and 272, to Turnham Green and Shepherds Bush)
Less than 5 mins walk to overground station (Chiswick) which gets you to Clapham Junction in 15 minutes and Waterloo in 25 minutes.
10-15 mins walk to Chiswick High Road
Walking distance from the river where there are a selection of lovely riverside pubs.

Bills are not included. These come to approximately £120 each month per person (but will vary month to month on use-age).

About me:
I am a 29 year old female completing a masters in psychology having worked in film and TV for 5 years. I'm looking for someone who is relaxed and easy-going and enjoys hanging out in the evening with a glass of wine and unwinding! (To be honest this isn't a party flat - I'd rather not share with someone who is bringing mates over all the time...) Also looking for someone independent and respectful of our home who will keep it tidy and clean and muck in with the chores. It's a really lovely flat and it will make a really great home for someone :)
