Chiswick large double 3 female house share W4

We are currently 2 flatmates looking for a third. This quiet, central three bed/2 bathroom modern, light, spacious, maisonette near Turnham Green Tube, on the district line and out of hours Picaddilly line to Heathrow, has many bus stops on Chiswick High road is available, right in beautiful central Chiswick with its European Style Cafe life. We have occasional guest parking. We love rowing and going to the cinema and shows. There's a nice famiy atmosphere being only 3 of us.

An easy, safe, well lit, 5 minute walk from tube via interesting shops and restaurants. Very handy for all the delights of Chiswick. Off road parking if needed.

The double room, (shown in the video, not the stills) is south facing room, has great storage space, 1 large built in wardrobes (upper and lower storage), and four drawers. The room has a double ottoman bed (storage underneath). Orthopedic mattress, mirror, a proper desk with 3 more drawers, towel rail, heater (rarely needed) and hooks on the back of the doors and plenty of plugs for charging!

There are two separate bathrooms between three of us and plenty of hot water. I am a primary teacher (was a Landscape Architect and have transitioned to a plant based diet). Claire is a marketing executive and also plays tennis and enjoys high tea with her friends. I'd personally love another plant based vegan flatmate but it's not essential.

The flat is quiet, light and sunny.

We love rowing, tennis, cinema, festivals, running and sport. This peaceful, maisonette is very conveniently situated by Chiswick, Chiswick House and gardens and the River Thames. Anna cycles to work and Claire currently works from home a little but they are back in the office twice a week!

Chiswick Riverside runners meet every Monday and there are pubs, rowing, sailing and tennis clubs along the River The Sunday Farmers Market are less than 10 minutes walk away.

We both eat healthilly Anna (flexitarian/vegan/ish/plant strong) and Claire is an omnivore who makes an amazing banna cake! We sometimes go for runs together to motivate each other. Sadly our flatmate got a great job in Italy so has gone there!

Equally we go away travelling and away at weekends so sometimes you get the house to yourself!

The house would particularly suit a postgraduate, PhD, Doctor, nurse, vet or rower/sailor or similar :0). We are near Hammersmith, Charing Cross hospitals. Cycling along the river to these locations is excellent.

We are looking for a female someone friendly, obviously clean and tidy! A bit sporty perhaps, sociable but also quiet and considerate!

Bills are included and I try to buy loo roll and some cleaning products from the bulk shop: to reduce plastic waste.
