The Room: Cosy double room with double bed. Wardrobe and chest of drawers also included. £448.50 per calendar month, not including bills (approximately £520 per month including bills) and deposit of £500.

The House: Three storey semi-detached house in a leafy Chiswick street. Two bathrooms both with showers, separate living room, kitchen and large garden with BBQ. Virgin package (fast internet and TV). We have a cleaner who comes once a week.

The Housemates: We are five professionals - a speech and language therapist, a teacher, a charity worker, a paralegal and an engineer - in our mid-twenties (3 guys and 2 girls). We are really sociable and spend a lot of time together, and would love to find someone who fits in!

The Location: Close to Gunnersbury underground and overground station (5 minutes walk) and Kew Bridge national rail station (10 minutes). A short walk from Chiswick High Road, Gunnersbury Park and some great local pubs.
