The Studio has following appliances: Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Cooker, combination Oven, table and two chairs, double bed and double leather sofa bed, chest of draws.
in addition, on the first floor level, there is a mezzanine lobby space with two double wardrobes and more storage space.
The house is clean and well looked after, we are looking for responsible person and expect the same routine, regular cleaning for the loft.

It is suitable for a professional or a couple.
