We are looking to share our home with a clean and tidy professional girl.

Our house: 4 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, a mid-size kitchen, big living room, and a spacious garden.

We as tenants will choose our future lovely housemate, but the house is run by an agency and they have requirements. To fulfil these you must:

.Have an annual salary of £21.000 or above

.Be over your probationary period at work

.Be able to provide job and previous landlord/agency references

.£690 deposit + £710 entrance month £1,400 (to pay to move in)

The monthly rent is £710 with all bills included, yes including broadband.

If you comply with all this, you are more than welcome to come for a viewing.

* A bit about us, we are 3 professional girls, 29, 30, and 37. We love to have the house clean and tidy all the time. Chill and friendly, we enjoy chats in the kitchen and living room and have our own privacy as well.
