Hello, my name is Pippa! I’m looking for a new flat mate to share my West London home with, please feel free to drop me a message and I'd be happy to chat to you.

The room available is a south-facing double bedroom with ensuite, so plenty of light. The bedroom is fully furnsihed with built-in triple wardrobes, chest of drawes and underbed storage. It backs onto a private balcony, which is lovely in the summer. The kitchen and living room are open-plan and again fully furnished with L-shaped sofa, 6 person dining table, TV, desk space and fully provisioned in terms of kitchen appliances and pots and pans etc. All rooms are heated through underfloor heating. The property itself is an Edwardian building that has recently been converted into a series of flats. There is a real community feel within the building and all residents are young-professionals. Outside there is a secure bike storage, should you wish to store a bike. Unfortunaltey due to the property deeds, I am unable to offer a parking space.

The flat is a 5-min walk from Acton Town (Picadilly and District) and South Acton (Overground) tube stations. Also close by is Chiswick High Road and Churchfield Road which are home to many a brunch spot and coffee shop. Gunnersbury Park is also a short walk away which is great for getting some green space and joining the local ParkRun.

To tell you a bit about me, I'm a 27-year-old female marine biologist. I work for an independent fisheries consulting firm in Mayfair and am fortunate to travel a fair bit. I am currently working from home two days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy getting out on my bike for a few laps of Richmond Park, or getting out to the coast to paddlebpard. I love cooking and having friends over for supper. I'm a happy and out-going individual that loves the outdoors, but equally loves a night in front of the tele with good wine and company.

I would ideally be looking to share my West London home with another young prefessional of similar age and lifestyle to myself. Someone that would become a friend, not just a flat mate, but also has social circles of their own.

I own the property and would therefore be offering the room under a lodging agreement. The room is available for a minimum term of six-months at £1000 per calendar month (all bills included). The earliest the room could be available is middle of May.
