We are not the landlords or the agents. We have been living in this property for over a year and we love the location, the building everything. However, one of our flatmates will be leaving the country at the end of the tenancy, therefore we need to find a flatmate to renovate the contract!

The property remains the same amount therefore is 820 £ per month without bills.

The flat is next to the rail station which takes you to waterloo in 25 mnts, there are bus stops 2 minutes from the flat.

The area is so incredibly safe and beautiful, close to the riverside area with beautiful pubs.

Each of us will have their own toilet + a shared shower.

Kitchen and living area is spacious.

One shared terrace.

Females only. No couples.
