Cosy room in friendly house

Hi all,

One of our housemates is sadly moving out, so we have a room available in our amazing house in Chiswick. this room is available from 03/07/2022. **Viewings starting this Wednesday (08/06) after 7:30pm**

For the location and standard of living it's a great price. The house has a big living room & kitchen, large outdoor area for bbq's in the summer and its less than a 5-minute walk from the Chiswick Park tube station.

We are looking for someone who will be keen to interact and socialise. If you're looking to make friends as well as housemates and would be down for board games, house drinks and pub quizzes, you'd be a great fit! That being said, we do also appreciate that we are all working professionals and need time to relax after a hard days work, so do respect eachother's space.

The landlord lives outside of london (hertfordshire) but comes when there is work needed on the house. If there is an urgent issue, they make sure it's resolved asap.

Rent comes in at £498 and with bills on top (standard + amenities including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky TV and a weekly cleaner) the total rent is £620 - which considering the area and the market isn't too bad!

Chiswick Park tube station (zone 3) is a stones throw away and Turnham Green station (zone 2) is a 10-minute walk. Plenty of buses as well, as we're only 5 mins from chiswick high street.

FYI - the house will have 3 guys and 2 girls currently, and to keep the balance, the landlord has advised that females are preferred to apply for this house.
