Hello!

Unfortunately, 1 of our flatmates is leaving this lovely house to go travelling in Canada….lucky! As a result, we're looking for 1 Female flatmate to replace them and keep the balance of the house.

We're a group of 6 professional housemates (3 male 3 female) who have all become quite friendly. In the past we have done a few social things (go for a drink/out/meals together), but not so many recently. However, I’m sure lots of us would be up for doing more again. We are respectful of each other's space, noise level for the most part and helping a bit around the house. We have a cleaner that come most weeks but we also each take charge of certain jobs around the house. For example organising the cleaner, emptying the dishwasher and doing meter readings (+a few more). We also try and have a general tidy up before the cleaner comes to make sure they can access all areas.

The room available is a moderately sized, comfortable double room in excellent condition for an amazing price for this area of London. I believe the room comes furnished with a mattress (no bed frame), chest of drawers, and a large built-in wardrobe. However, some items belong to housemates like the bed frame so this information will be checked and confirmed over message/at viewing.

There is a shared living room which we all like to use, large kitchen/dining room, three bathrooms and a lovely garden.

You won't find a better room for this price in Chiswick. 4-min walk from Chiswick Park station (District Line) so perfect for commuters.

There's on-street parking directly outside the house for those with a car, all you need to do is get a permit (which doesn't take very long and not too expensive).

£680 rent includes ALL utility bills, including council tax (band G), weekly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon and other useful house things. However, with the cost of living the rent and bills have slowly been going up and we expect they will continue to do so in small amounts. (For example we were paying £660 until recently).

Our current housemate will move out on November 12th and our new tenancy begins on 1st December so we are looking for someone to move in within this time frame.
