Description
Hello!
Unfortunately, 1 of our flatmates is leaving this lovely house to move in with her boyfriend… exciting, so we're looking for 1 female flatmate to replace them and keep the balance of the house as the landlord’s have requested.
We're currently a group of 6 professional housemates (3 male 3 female) who have all become quite friendly. In the past we have done a few social things (go for a drink/out/meals together), but not so many recently. However, I’m sure lots of us would be up for doing more again… there has been talk of a pub quiz. We are respectful of each other's space, noise level for the most part and helping a bit around the house. We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight, but we also each take charge of certain jobs around the house. For example organising the cleaner, emptying the dishwasher and doing meter readings (+a few more). We also try and have a general tidy up before the cleaner comes to make sure they can access all areas to avoid the responsibility all falling on the person letting them in.
The room available is a moderately sized, comfortable double room in excellent condition and an amazing price for this area of London. The room comes furnished with a mattress and bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
There is a shared living room, a large kitchen/dining room, three bathrooms and a lovely garden.
You won't find a better room for this price in Chiswick. It’s also perfect for commuters.
•4-min walk from Chiswick Park station (District Line),
•10-min walk from Turnham Green (District line)
•15-min walk from Gunnersbury (District Line)
•10-minutes walk from South Acton (Overground)
There's on-street parking directly outside the house for those with a car, all you need to do is get a permit (which doesn't take very long and not too expensive).
£700 rent includes ALL utility bills, including council tax (band G), fortnightly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon and other useful house things. However, with the cost of living the rent and bills have slowly been going up and we expect they will continue to do so in small amounts. (For example we were paying £680 until recently that will now be going up to £700).
Our current housemate will move out on 1st weekend of November.
If you’re interested, please send us a message telling us a bit about yourself. As we are all pretty busy at the moment, we are looking to hold viewings on the evening of TUESDAY OCTOBER 7th from 7pm onwards. depending on the amount of interest we get we will try and add in an extra date.
(Reminder that this is for a female non smokers between the ages of 27 and 36).
We really look forward to meeting some of you.
