LOCATION: Chiswick is a safe, residential area with plenty of leafy patches. Close to the Sainsbury's Superstore (Essex), Turnham Green Church and Chiswick Park High street - which has lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes.

There are great transport links:
-6min walk to Chiswick Park Station (District)
-9min walk to Gunnesbury Park Station (District & Overground)
-A lot of bus options

FLAT:
Two-story semi-furnished flat with a homely feel to it. At the bottom level there’s a living room with a dining table, and a separate kitchen.
Upstairs, there are the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The flat has lots of storage space, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer.

Some of the pics are old so show different decor to current but the flat is the same and the bedroom and bathroom pics are current… feel free to ask questions ☺️

HOUSE DYNAMIC:
-working professionals who have office jobs - no WFH
-respectfully clean (no cleaning rosters) - wash and clean as we go & bigger clean on the weekends
-this isn't a party house
-both have our own kitchenware and washing up things so there are no disputes/issues there and share the kitchen and space/time well
-we each have our own bathrooms
-get on well but live our own lives too. Really important to be respectful of one another and having consideration of the other person (what is most important)
-enjoy chatting and catching up - but also value one another's privacy
-ideally we have different schedules and we both get time alone in the house

BILLS (NOT INCLUDED):
Currently roughly £200 a month -
Including council tax, virgin, water, gas and electricity but obvs (dependant on usage)

We don't have a TV or use the services so don’t need a license - if this is something you want to take out then you are welcome to pay for it yourself.

LOOKING FOR:
Someone who has respect for people around them - someone responsible, and considerate who doesn't leave dishes in the sink, who cleans up after themselves and considers the other person you live with. Someone who wants to look after the house and keep the landlord happy.

NOT LOOKING FOR:
smoker, pets, couples, students / people WFH

ME:
I am a happy, bubbly South African & I love a chat!! Equally I have a pretty busy schedule and like to get in and get all my stuff done at home as quickly as possible so I have time to relax. I like my living space neat & tidy (not obsessive). I am looking for a happy home where I feel like it's easy living - no drama.

NB:
Please be aware that the contract is up 25 November 2024 and I’m not sure what happens after that.
