I am sadly leaving this lovely flat in Chiswick and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy, ideally from mid-December before signing on for another contract in January.

The flat:
There are 3 bedrooms in total, shared with Alex and Hannah (24) who both work full time. The flat is super spacious with high ceilings (and on the top floor so no noisy neighbours above you). There’s a big shared living room and a kitchen/diner with two fridges, as well as a super useful room for storage & laundry.

The room is also very spacious with a king size bed and plenty of storage space as well as a lovely fireplace feature (desk & chair not included).

The room would also be slightly reduced rent in December (£930) before increasing to £977 a month from January. Bills aren’t included but come to around £140/month.

Location:
Super well connected area with two district line stations within walking distance (Chiswick Park - 4 mins & Turnham Green - 9 mins) getting you to central in 35 mins, as well as the Overground from South Acton (10 mins walk) and the 94 bus directly outside the door taking you to Piccadilly Circus.

The flat is opposite a big park and is very close to Chiswick High Street and a big Sainsbury’s for all your shopping needs, as well as lots of lovely cafes and restaurants.
