A bright and spacious double room is available in a beautiful, all‑exterior flat with windows overlooking a private garden and summer swimming pool. The place is quiet, with no traffic noise, and just a 5‑minute walk from Chiswick Park tube station.
I’m an architect and have been sharing the flat with a former university friend who’s now moving out. I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who would like to share the tenancy agreement.

The room is 2.4M wide by 4.3M long with a window that opens to the communal garden. Previously agreed with the landlady to replace the floor with a new timber veneer, she is very responsive and helpful.

The George IV, with live gigs wednesdays and Fridays is a short walk away. The high street is also a short distance with a Sunday market.
