• My flatmate is moving out and may leave some furniture — you can buy what you like or bring your own
• Available to move in by 4th December (a bit earlier is also possible)
• Rent: £1,010/month
• Bills: around £80–£150/month (depending on the season) council tax band D

• Cosy and bright with a garden, balcony, living room, kitchen, and one bathroom
• In a quiet, safe and green area
• Great transport links:
• 🚉 3 mins to Chiswick Park (District Line)

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I spend a big part of my time in Spain, so you’ll also get the flat to yourself quite often! 🇪🇸✨
