Huge room in Chiswick

We’re looking for a new flatmate in our spacious and pretty Chiswick flat. I’ve lived here for 5 years so it really is a home to me.

We’re right outside a little park in Chiswick, 3 mins from Chiswick Park district line tube, 1 min from 94 bus stop, 7 mins from South Acton Mildmay.

The bedroom looks out over the park. The pictures don’t really do it justice but it’s a gorgeous space, and very bright.

The rest of the flat includes a loo, a large bathroom, a large living room and large kitchen.
Both the living room and kitchen have dining areas.

The 2 current flatmates are young professionals, mid-late 20s, both LGBTQ+. We don’t spend LOADS of time at home as we’re often out. We don’t host large parties here but we love cooking, theatre, wine, chats etc. We are friendly but we like to respect each others’ space. Cleanliness is a priority for us.

We have a monthly rolling contract. Hoping for someone clean, fun and friendly.
