1 Bed South Facing in Chiswick Victorian Home

Hello!

We have a beautiful south facing room in a Chiswick Victorian home! Recently renovated by the landlord a few years ago, it has a wonderful open plan living and kitchen area which opens up onto a large garden space. The living room is also south facing, lots of natural light when the sun is shining!

My wife and I are leasing the ground floor flat. My wife is currently completing her Psychiatry training in Australia, so she will be back-and-forth every 6-months, and she just left. I'm looking for one other housemate to move in until approx. March 2027, at which point we may decide to live on our own.

I'm a Director at a German technology manufacturer. My usual week is 3-4 days in the office when in London, and typically travelling for about ~2 weeks of each month on average. So often you might find the place will be all yours!

We like our quiet space, things to be neat and tidy, and for our home to be a bit of a zen place away from our busy lives outside. Although that doesn't mean that we don't socialise, small dinner parties etc. always welcome, just no gatherings, parties or the like!

I've got a small Sonos speaker setup, often enjoy relaxing tunes to cook and clean to in the evenings and the weekend. Happy to share the playlist curation!

During the week and on weekends outside of work, I'll be off running or at the gym. Currently training for UTMB Mont Blanc in August this year.

Bond to protect against damage to the landlord furniture etc. is 1-month rent.
