Lovely large double bedroom with a double wardroom. two chests of drawers and a bookshelf.
The picture shows single beds, but the room now has a double bed and can also fit a desk (not included). Can also be unfurnished. There is a shared bathroom and toilet with one other very clean woman.

The house has a large living room, dining room and kitchen with a guest WC downstairs. There is a beautiful sunny garden that gets the sun all day and the house is close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and Finchley Central tube station on the Northern Line in zone 4.

The house is shared with two lovely professional women (Australian + Spanish) who keep the house very nice and tidy. The landlady does NOT live there.

We are looking for a tidy house proud professional. Council tax is included but other bills are split – gas, electricity, internet and garden maintenance.
No smokers, vapers or social smokers please. No couples and no pets. References and direct debit payments will be required for rent.
