Medium Room In Church End (Cats & Smokers Welcome)

A comfortable medium-sized room available in a warm and relaxed household. The room is big enough to fit a king-size bed, with plenty of natural light and space to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing with 3 lovely flatmates – 2 males and 1 female – all friendly, respectful, and easy-going. The house has a chilled atmosphere where everyone gets along and respects each other’s privacy.

• Smoking is welcome (all kinds)
• Bills included, except electricity (£20 monthly contribution)
• Pets considered – cats especially welcome (we already have a couple of friendly cats!)
• Beautiful garden perfect for relaxing, barbecues, or enjoying some sun
• Shared kitchen and bathroom (cleaned often by a cleaner)
• Safe neighbourhood with good bus links and shops nearby

💰 Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit equal to one week’s rent is required to secure the room.
