The room is priced at £700, including all bills except electricity.

You'll be sharing with 3 lovely flatmates - 2 males and 1 female - all friendly, respectful, and easy-going. The house has a chilled atmosphere where everyone gets along and respects each other's privacy.

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit equal to three week's rent is required to secure the room.
