(Negotiable) Cosy Room W/ Built-in Storage Cabinet

Tidy and Cosy room with in-built storage cabinet/clothes hanger. Bed and computer desk included, you are welcome to bring and use your own. The house has 1 toilet on the ground floor and 1 bathroom on the second floor.
Big Garden/Patio area.

Council Tax and Wi-fi included. Water, electricity and Gas bills are not included. Water and Gas paid every 6 months, if short term, to be paid the amount of days lived in (approx. £30 monthly). Electricity £20 fixed (monthly). We are a 4 bed house with currently 2 occupants in, 2 siblings both full time workers with part time study on the side.

We are looking for someone calm, organised, reliable and trustworthy. The house is very quiet, having a steady routine is a plus but not a must. We do have 3 cats that are so independent you forget they are even there (2 are to be adopted soon).

Smoking inside is not incentivised, although we do aim to spare everyone their own freedom and liberty, as long as we remain respectful and considerate of each other’s space.
