A double room is available in a 4-bedroom flat share, 1 minute walk from Lancaster Gate Station (just next to Hyde Park). The rent for the room is £540 per calendar month. All other charges (gas, electricity, water, landline, broadband and council tax) are approximately £60-70 per person per month.

This is a minimum of a 6 month contract (no agencies involved, payments go directly to the landlord), starting from 30/06/2021. The room is furnished with a double bed, 1 built-in large wardrobe. Photos to be updated with the latest decor (the ones currently are outdated, and new double-glazed windows have been installed).

The flat is on the second floor of a secure building with CCTV cameras. There is a huge balcony overlooking a communal garden, spacious kitchen, WC and bathroom. Secure bicycle storage is available in the estate.

The three current tenants have lived in the flat for a while. We are professionals and we would ideally prefer someone who is neat, easy going and sociable. No couples please.
