It's a really spacious double room in a 2 bedroom, 1st floor flat. The room has a lot of natural light too. Amazing Central London location - on Edgware Road, close to Paddington (Zone 1).

I’m looking for a professional to take up this double room, ideally for at least 12 months, as my flatmate has sadly left London due to losing her job during the pandemic.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, mirror, very large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. I already have most kitchen appliances you would need, including fridge and washing machine/dryer. Please note there isn't a living room in this flat.

Great access to several tube lines and bus links to Baker Street, Paddington, Oxford Street and Victoria. You can walk to most of these places within 10-15 minutes!
2 - 4 minute's walk to both Edgware Road Stations (Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith City lines).

Lots of local shops, restaurants and convenience stores (i. e. Tesco Metro and Sainsbury's Local) literally around the corner, with a daily market selling fresh fruit & veg.

The rent of GBP650 pcm is inclusive of council tax and the water bill, and this goes straight to the landlord. We only pay additionally for 3 bills. Broadband is GBP10 each per month. And we have an electricity and gas meter to top up, which costs around GBP30 per person, per month.

1 months rent to be paid as deposit (GBP650) to the landlord.

A little bit about me:
I'm a professional female in my early 30’s, working in Marketing in the City, but currently working from home like many people. When I'm not working, I like to relax at home and binge watch TV shows. I also love to cook, and it’s been nice to be able to do more of this whilst in lockdown.

I don't drink alcohol, but have no issues with others drinking. I love London and have lived in this flat for nearly 10 years now.
