72 Park West Master Bedroom 2024-2025

Hello!

I am looking to find someone to take over my contract to live in my flat in Paddington for September 2024 to September 2025.

You would live in the master bedroom of the flat, which is a very nice and large room (16m^2, double the size of the other rooms!) with a double bed, lots of storage space, and a big window which provides great natural lighting.

There is a nice living room with a few couches and a dining table, a kitchen with a hob, an oven, a washing machine / dryer combo, and a microwave, and one shared bathroom. There are two other flatmates, who are both friendly females and masters students. They are okay with a male roommate.

The flat itself is 5 minutes walk away from Marble Arch Station (Central line), 6 minutes walk away from Edgware Road Station (Hammersmith & City, Circle, and District lines), and a big Tesco and Waitrose are both located right near the entrance to the flat. It is also located in a safe apartment complex, with a fob protected gate and lobby area.
