The apartment:
Spread over 2 floors, the apartment feels spacious yet cozy. The apartment boasts a large, bright living room with large windows that open fully. The two current tenants sometimes work from home in the cozy and calm living area, as there is plenty of space for the 2 desks currently in the shared living space.
There is a moderate sized kitchen with high quality, modern appliances and a glossy newly refurbished finish. It has all the appliances you will need, a large window and plenty of storage and cooking space for the two tenants. There is a large high quality dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and electric hob.
The available bedroom has ample closet space, shelving, full size mirror, and a double bed.
The bathroom is also newly refurbished and with clean modern finishes and high quality appliances.
The building is very sound proof between rooms and between floors, and the layout offers the perfect combination of privacy and socialising. Throughout the apartment there is a huge amount of storage space, both shared and personal. Ceilings in all the rooms are very high and the large windows throughout make it feel bright and airy. We have plenty of household appliances (including vacuum, ironing, laundry drying racks and plenty of kitchenware for drinking dining and cooking). We also have lots of plants and cozy furnishings, but there will of course be room for you to add your own style too if you like!

We are currently two female professionals, who met through a house sharing group. The outgoing tenant is a 29 y/o Spanish/French female working in data science consulting moving to NY, the current tenant is a 24 y/o professional and student working in clinical psychology.
