Room in a 2 bedroom flat by the Hyde Park

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to rent the 2nd bedroom of my flat, ideally for a 1-6 months period but there’s some flexibility. I would be the roommate and I’m a woman so ideally I would only be looking for another girl to rent the room. The availability is from the last week or July- 1st week August onwards. This is perfect for a student coming for a few months, or a professional relocating and needing to stay for a few months till she finds her new permanent place.

The building is kept immaculate and it is secured, there are a couple of nice private gardens (this is also in front of The Hyde park) there is car parking for visitors. All the bills are included with the rent I’m marketing, I’m pretty easy going and tidy, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like to have call!

No pets (I’m very allergic) or couples please.
