Spacious and bright double room

Hello! My name is Ralia Rebaud, and I am a student in England.
I will be going on an exchange program in a few months, and therefore I am looking for someone interested in taking over my room.

The room is very beautiful, spacious, and filled with natural light. It has a large dressing/wardrobe, perfect for anyone who enjoys organizing clothes or personal belongings.
It also includes a private bathroom, which is not shared with the other flatmates. The bathroom is very well maintained and in excellent condition.

The room comes fully furnished, including:
• a bed with mattress
• a small desk and chair
• a bedside shelf
• a shoe rack
• additional shelving next to the bed

The heating works very well, so the room stays warm and comfortable. There is also Wi-Fi available.

The flat is very well located and extremely convenient for transport:
• 5 minutes’ walk from Royal Oak Station
• 5 minutes’ walk from Warwick Avenue Station
• Around 8 minutes’ walk from Paddington Station

There are also great local amenities nearby:
• a Waitrose just next door
• an Aldi not far from the flat
• a Sainsbury’s only 3 minutes away on foot

The area is residential, calm, and very pleasant, and it is a safe neighborhood with no issues at all. There is also a lovely pub just around the corner, perfect for grabbing a drink on the weekend or relaxing with friends.

This room was a real favorite of mine when I first arrived in London — it truly felt like home. It is with regret that I have to leave it, but I am happy to let someone else enjoy it.

Regarding the flatmates, there are three lovely flatmates: one woman and two men. They are all kind, friendly, and respectful.
