I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the existing joint tenancy through a formal change of occupancy with Foxtons. This is not a sublet, and everything will be handled properly through the agency. The new tenant will just need to complete Foxtons’ referencing and Right to Rent checks and be approved by the landlord.

You’ll be sharing the flat with one existing female tenant.

The location is really convenient, (Queensway (5 mins), Bayswater (3 mins), Paddington (10 mins) within easy reach, and Hyde Park just around the corner. It’s a great spot if you want to be central while still having lots of shops, cafés and transport options nearby. M&S 2 mins away, sainsburys, tesco and waitrose around 5 mins reach. Loads of charity shops and a straight walk to notting hill!

As part of the tenancy takeover, the incoming tenant would reimburse my share of the prepaid rent and deposit, and Foxtons will update the tenancy and deposit records once everything is completed.
