Large double room available in spacious ground-floor flat with separate sitting and dining rooms and a big garden perfect for summer BBQs.

The room is furnished but has plenty of space to add your own furniture if you need to bring anything with you. There's lots of storage space throughout the flat and a secure area for bikes in the garden.

I'm an average guy - enjoy sport, bit of TV, getting out and about in London. I don't host wild parties so I guess I'm looking for someone relaxed who's happy to hang out in the evening and enjoy chilled weekends.
