Lovely double room in Clapham

Hello!
My names Kate, I’m 28 & I have been living in London for the last 6 years after moving from South Wales. Currently working for a tv production company in soho . When not at work I’ll be found at the gym, having a beer or 2 with mates, eating out, travelling, at the theatre or a music gig.
My current flatmates are moving out at the end of October so I’ll have a spare double room (With a walk in wardrobe) in our beautiful 2 bed flat. Closest station is Clapham North, there are 2 decent sized double bedrooms, modern bathroom, good sized kitchen and a rather large lounge/ dinner room. We also have a lovely garden out back which is super cute. Rent is £950 without bills (£1100 for a couple), once split bills tend to be around another £100 on top. This includes a cleaner twice a month which is great. The flat is super homely and really spacious.
I’m looking for a friendly flatmate who will be happy to enjoy a good brunch or 2 & maybe a glass of wine or 3 after work.... towards the end of the week of course!!
