Hi all,

Newly decorated bedroom and fully refurbished bathroom. All amenities are a few mins walking distance from house incl transport and high street shopping is very central. Vibrant Northcote road is a 10 min walk away. Clapham common is only a two min walk away which I use many times in week/weekend for running. A very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Good storage space in rooms, Recent period styled double glazing throughout house. Large sash windows in all rooms. Private and quiet at front and back of house 24 hrs which is great for London and this central area of London.

My work is in the creative arts and I work partly at home and out in the office.

Spacious, simple and clean kitchen which opens to outside patio garden with outside table and chairs outside. A simple, clean tidy garden.

Neighbours friendly and it’s a good, safe area. It’s not a busy street, hardly any traffic noise.

I’m usually very busy with two jobs or I’m out for a run usually everyday, keeping busy. I like a calm, relaxed home environment and not looking for the party type but someone similar to me. I’m looking for a working professional or student who is self sufficient.

I do consider short lets but these would be 3 months and no less.
