We are two male professionals Mark (35, Kiwi ) & Tony (45, English). We like socialising but also just chilling sometimes! There are only two of us and we are looking for a third person to join us. There are plenty of areas in the house to do your own thing and not be living on top of each other.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, professional female to balance things out.

All bills induced. There is a cleaner who comes weekly to clean the communal areas.
