Hey, unfortunately the old 2 year visa has come to an end and I'm off back to Australia.
Looking for a replacement housemate to move in around 28th Dec but flexible with dates.

Preferably looking for a male to keep the gender mix (2 females and 2 males). Friendly, well kept professional house share with sunny patio garden. Tall ceilings and large living areas, the room available is a good size double with a lot of wardrobe space.

The household is easy going and enjoy having the odd drink or night out together but equally all have have their own social lives. All fairly active and into various sports (football, rugby, tennis, snowboarding, Squash player a plus), travel, exploring London and all the activities on offer.

The house is on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc on Northcote Road/Battersea Rise and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins.
