Homely Double Bedroom in Clapham

I am a 34 year-old female, Software Delivery Consultant, WFH on most days.
I spend my free time reading, doing sports (a rocket yoga addict), and (annoyingly) have become one of those people who (mostly) eat healthy and go to bed at a sensible time.
My current flatmate is moving country, so I'm looking for someone relaxed, clean and tidy, who would enjoy occasionally hanging out, but also has their own thing going on.

The flat is really homely, with an abundance of plants and tonnes of natural light; freshly repainted a couple of months ago. To me, it is a home, and not just a place to crash, so looking for someone who will share a similar sentiment.

The room is a good size and well looked after. Repair needs and the paperwork/admin matters are handled via an agency - reasonably available and responsive. Bills are handled by the tenants (currently come to ~£190 pp/pcm).
Move in date is 14th Oct.

The area: Clapham is a vibrant and safe area with plenty to do nearby - lots of sport venues, restaurants, pubs etc. Clapham Common and Battersea Park are also really close, and perfect for those summer afternoon beers. 30 sec walk to the local Tesco and Sainsbury’s , plenty of bus stops into central London, Clapham Common station a 10-minute walk away, Clapham Junction - 15min.

There is a one-off payment of £50 to cover the contract update.
