Looking for a friendly 3rd flatmate. The available room is on the top floor (all bedrooms on different floors, great privacy) with a private shower en-suite. The room had two velux windows that look out over to Canary Wharf. Has enough space for an extra sofa of your own.

Shared kitchen and living room, very comfy and sofa works as a double bed for guests.

Bills are £110 per month (includes council tax, water, electric & gas, internet, tv licence and cleaner)

Room is available from 1 October

Current flatmates both work in central London (one in an art gallery, one in business development)

10 minute walk from Clapham Common, 10 minute bus to Clapham Junction/ Vauxhall. Good transport links.
